I'm a mama, yoga teacher and teacher trainer specialising in prenatal, postnatal and Vinyasa yoga. Since 2010, I’ve been supporting pregnant women and new mothers in their yoga practice, with teaching that responds to their changing needs throughout this important stage of life.
With many years of experience teaching and training yoga teachers in Vinyasa and perinatal yoga, I’ve helped numerous teachers understand the needs of pregnant and postnatal students - and how to adapt when a pregnant student joins a general yoga class.
I place particular importance on physiology, listening to the body, and empowering women to make informed choices about her practice during pregnancy.
Mama Vinyasa is the result of this experience and expertise. It gives yoga teachers practical, effective ways to adapt their teaching and confidently welcome pregnant students into their regular classes.
When you learn with me, you'll benefit from practical guidance, proven teaching experience and a strong foundation in physiology. My aim is to help you develop the knowledge and confidence to create classes that are thoughtful, inclusive and responsive to the needs of pregnant students.
